1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to PlasticParts Hub, including its public directories, technical content, account portal, company profiles, and publication tools. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use authenticated services.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you create or manage an account, company profile, or publication for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization and to provide the submitted information.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used to impersonate another person.

4. Company information and user content

You retain ownership of original content that you submit. You grant PlasticParts Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, technically adapt, and display that content only as needed to operate and provide the platform. You confirm that your submissions are accurate and that you have all rights and permissions required to provide them.

Content selected for public visibility may be available to visitors and search engines after applicable review. Removing content ends this license except where a reasonable technical, backup, legal, or record-retention period applies.

5. Acceptable use

You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, confidential, malicious, or abusive material; misuse another person's data; bypass access controls; interfere with platform operation; distribute malware; scrape or extract data through unauthorized automated means; or use the platform in violation of applicable law.

6. Moderation and account action

We may review, reject, unpublish, restrict, or remove content and may suspend or close accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the platform, respond to legal requirements, or investigate suspected abuse. Where appropriate, users may contact us to request a review of an action.

7. Directory and marketplace role

PlasticParts Hub is an independent industry directory and knowledge platform. Unless a specific service states otherwise, we are not a party to communications, quotations, purchases, employment discussions, or other arrangements between users. We do not guarantee the identity, authority, qualifications, products, services, availability, or accuracy of any listed company or third party.

8. Third-party services and links

The platform may use or link to third-party services. Their availability, content, security, and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies. A link or integration does not imply endorsement unless we expressly state otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

The platform software, design, branding, and project-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where expressly allowed, these materials may not be copied, modified, distributed, sold, reverse engineered, or used to create a competing service.

10. Availability and changes

The platform is under active development. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued, and access may occasionally be interrupted. We do not promise that every feature or item of content will remain available or error-free.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and its content are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. PlasticParts Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Ending use

You may stop using the platform at any time and may request account deletion where available under applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, licenses already relied upon, legal compliance, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the effective date will be updated. Changes do not apply retroactively. If you do not accept a material update, you should stop using authenticated services and contact us about closing your account.

14. Applicable law and contact
